Job Description:

* Teaching English to Spanish speaking children in Lower Elementary (6-9) and Upper Elementary (9-12) years.
* Inspiring confidence and curiosity in English, building strong reading and writing foundations.
* Creating engaging learning experiences for children in Lower Elementary (6-9) and Upper Elementary (9-12).
* Collaborating with the school community to support the development of fluent, confident readers and writers.
* Developing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of the children.
* Adhering to the principles of Montessori education, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment.
* Maintaining a positive and engaging relationship with the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.
* Regularly providing feedback and support to students and parents, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly.
* Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with current best practices in English language education.

Requirements:
