**Montessori Preschool Teacher**
**Location:** Montreal
**Job Description:**
Teach in a smaller but authentic international school for children from age 3 to Montessori preschool program through Grade 3. Our classes are small, and teachers have English-speaking teaching assistants to help individuals customize lessons and assist with class preparation. Our campus is lovely, peaceful, with plenty of natural light, and we are fairly well resourced, with an international curriculum in place. Our program emphasizes creativity, independence, and individual learning, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
**Salary:** $10,000 - $20,000 per year
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Strong teaching experience with a passion for Montessori education (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage students of various ages (preferred)
- Familiarity with Montessori principles and methods (preferred)
**Interview Process:**
1. Initial screening: Review resumes and cover letters, asking questions about qualifications and experience.
2. In-person interview: Schedule a short, informal interview to discuss your qualifications, experience, and any questions we may have.
3. Phone interview: Conduct a more formal interview, exploring your strengths, weaknesses, and career goals.
4. Final interview: Conduct a comprehensive interview to evaluate your suitability for the position.
