* **Teaching Qualification:** A recognized teaching qualification is mandatory. This includes a B.Ed., PGCE, or an equivalent professional certification.
* **Language Proficiency:** For non-native English speakers, an IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (or an equivalent proficiency certificate) is mandatory to ensure clear communication and instruction standards.
**Essential Skills & Experience**
Beyond qualifications, we are looking for an educator who can command the room and connect with students:
* **Classroom Management:** Strong skills in maintaining a disciplined yet supportive learning atmosphere are essential.
* **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration between students, parents, and colleagues.
* **Tech Savvy:** Excellent proficiency in using educational technology is a must, as you will guide students through their daily iPad learning journeys.
