Talent Way is an overseas talent introduction organization set up with authorization from the Anhui Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. It is specialized in introduction of talents throughout the world. 

Job Descriptions:

1. Job title: English Teacher;

2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 6 years);

3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;

4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do lesson plan for each class;

5. 15-20 kids with almost the same age in one class

6. 5 working days per week;

7. Working hours per week: 40max

8.Location:Hangzhou

Job Requirements:

1. Native English speaker preferred;

2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;

3. At least 1 year related experience with reference letter;

4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits:

1. Basic salary: 13k-26k RMB per month?based on different visa and native or not);

3. Housing allowance:3000per month

4. Air ticket allowance (return ticket for own country;
