IT Specialist

One Hope International School Provide IT support to staff, students, and parents via the school app. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, and Apple devices. Maintain and set up ICT equipment, including laptops, printers, interactive boards, etc. Assist with IT projects and improvements under the Head of IT. Teach computer classes to students, integrating technology into learning. Teach English Language Learners ELL and develop engaging lesson plans. Assess student progress and provide language support.
