Good information, but why are South America and Latin America split like that? Aren't Peru and Uruguay considered part of Latin America (I'm not familiar with Guyana)?

# Answer to your questionsEnglishJobfinder.com 2013-12-19 02:29
It has been split like that because Latin America are countries that speak Spanish or Portuguese.
South America is the continent that all these countries found in.
Guyana is really part of the West Indian culture but we placed them in South America continent.

# Low wages in KoreaTony John 2014-08-17 18:13
For Korea, a salary of 2000 USD/month is quite low, normally reserved for non-white or non-North American speakers. I know that universities in South Korea offer 3000 USD/month and more for a simple Lecturer (practical language teaching) job. If a Hagwon is offering 2000 - 2500 USD per month then move on as it is just a greedy Hagwon owner with no interest in finding quality teachers.
