Company profiles and logos
Employers, you can create your own Company Profile and include the company's logotype, to which any of these fields can be modified at any time. Each job post that is posted gets its own separate page.
Once registered, you are able to add Job Postings and either make them active or inactive (inactive job postings do not appear in search results). Each job post gets its own separate page, also you can modify any job postings anytime or remove them.
There is also a special section available to view received Job Applications and filter them using different criteria.
Search Resumes
Search and find resumes of job seekers that match your criteria for your jobs. This is a powerful resume search which allows registered employers to search resumes. However there is a charge for this service through our Credit System, please see below.

From you employer Panel you can post/edit/delete jobs.
Credit System
The Credit System is used for posting jobs and also allows you to search for job seekers with resumes that match your job criterias. You will need to buy credits through either a Paypal account or via bank transfers to gain access to these features. The minimum charge is $0.50 per credit.
This feature also allows you to see your full credit buying history, all Paypal transactions and when and what you have spent your credit on.
E-mail templates
Create e-mail templates that you can use to respond to received applications from job seekers who have applied to your job postings.
Viewing Applicants
You can view all the applicants and their resumes and filter them depending on your criteria. You can send prospective applicants e-mails using your email templates and also write comments about the applicant.
First Login to your account you can use the login on this page just under main header. If you do not have an account yet you must first register.
Once logged in visit your employer panel just under your login top of page. You will then see "Total Credits: XXX" message on top - rigth side of employer panel under "My Membership Details"
Englishjobfinder Credit system allows you to add a Job Posting and conduct Resume Search costing only 50 cents per credit.
Job Posting Employers will need to purchase Premium Credit to be able to post jobs. Posting a Job costs 4 credits which is only $2 per job posting for unlimited time.
Resume Search Employers will need to purchase premium credit to be able to search our resume database for 1 day (24 hours).
Access to resume database costs 4 credits, Employer will need only 4 credits to search resume database for 1 day which is $2 per day giving unlimited access for 1 day.
You cannot enter the Company Control Panel unless you have a username, password and company/school associated with your profile.
When you register, you will create a username and password, if you do not receive an email check your spam box.
Email verification is required for registration and a notice will be sent to the email address submitted on the registration form.

The addition of a company requires approval by the admin staff.
Approval is only to verify that said company is not a spammer nor has intent to advertise goods and non-employment services. When your company name has been approved by the administration.
When your company/school name has been approved by administration this will complete your registration for "FREE" advertising of your company/school. Even if you decide not to move to the next step your company/school will still be featured on our Home Page as long as you have entered your Logo or picture remember to publish your company.
STEP 2: YOU MUSTdecide the amount of credits you require or need to list your job(s).
Jobs! uses a "credit system". In other words, you are purchasing credits that can be used system wide within the Jobs! area on EnglishJobfinder.
Your credits can buy you resume search time, one job listing or multiple job listings at differing time frames (daily, monthly, until filled etc).
You must purchase the appropriate amount of credits before any job(s) can be posted. Credits will be deducted automatically when job listings are posted.
STEP 3: To purchase your credits. * We do offer monthly steals and deals, specials will be listed in the "Purchase Credits" section of your Control Panel.
There is a section within the Company Control Panel called "Purchase Credits". This is where you will exchange US dollars ($) for credits such that you can use the Jobs! section to your advantage.
Paypal or bank Transfer is used for all monetary exchanges.
We are working on including other sources of payment and should have them available soon.

STEP 4: Complete the job listing
Once you have purchased the required credits, go back to your Company Control Panel and click on the "Post A Job" section. You will enter in all of the necessary job data, click submit and your job will be posted automatically, no pre-approval is required. However, all jobs are checked for any infringements to our site rules. Remember to publish your jobs so that job seekers may view them.

EnglishJobfinder deems the right to discontinue and remove any job posting that does not conform to our terms and conditions including postings that are not jobs within this micro-niche site and spam.
